About the Webinar: Scared of insurance? Do not know where to start? This presentation provides insights into ensuring that lawyers review and understand the proper insurance documents, including the declaration page, certificates, endorsements, exclusions and more. The presenters provide great tips for what to look for and where to find useful information in assessing the scope of insurance coverage. For example, insurance policies often have multiple insuring agreements. The authors will walk you through the basics of some of the more common insuring agreements and exclusions. Insurance policies often use specific terms and the presenters will walk you through where to find important policy definitions. This program is a must for lawyers starting to be involved in more insurance cases and a great refresher for those with experience with insurance.
