A court of the Western District of Texas granted an alleged third-party beneficiary's motion to remand under a homeowner's policy in a fire claim dispute, finding that the alleged third-party beneficiary, who was a seller of the insured pproperty, had not improperly joined the purchasers to his suit against the insurer for policy benefits after a fire damaged the property.
