A Texas appellate court affirmed a trial courts judgment that the statute of limitations barred an insured's claim for the misrepresentation of terms in disability income and whole-life policies, holding that the discovery rule does not delay the accrual of the insured's causes of action where the insured testified that he had read and received the insurance policies over a decade prior to filing suit.
