Krishna v. Life Insurance Co. of North America
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed summary judgment in favor of ERISA plan finding exclusion for death resulting from flight in a private aircraft applied to preclude benefits for accidental death where insured died as the result of crash of a private aircraft in which he was a passenger.
