The appellate court agreed with the lower court that the insured had not provided any competent summary judgment evidence indicating that the insurer had not paid the full amount of the loss because the affidavit provided in support of the insured did not provide any factual basis for her claimed damages or state the methodology relied on to determine the claimed cost of repair and therefore, summary judgment for the insurer was properly granted.
