The appellate court concluded that the Texas workers' comp carrier had no duty under an extraterritorial endorsement to reimburse a Louisiana carrier for workers' comp benefits paid in connection with injuries sustained by an employee of a Texas company because the employee had never lived or worked in Texas while he was employed by the Texas company.
