Court: Tx Sup  04/05/2019  Deadline for Review of Workers' Compensation Claims is Mandatory but not Jurisdictional

The Supreme Court has held that the 45-day deadline set in the Texas Labor Code to seek judicial review of a decision by a workers' compensation appeals panel is a statute of limitations -- not a jurisdictional provision.
