Court: 5th Cir  10/05/2023  Insured LLC Did Not Establish Diversity for Failure to Establish Citizenship of LLC's Members

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals declined to reach merits of COVID-19 coverage dispute between insured music festival organizer because, as an LLC, it was required establish citizenship, not residency, of each of its LLC members in order to establish diversity jurisdiction.
