Court: 5th Cir  04/26/2019  Fifth Circuit Affirms Denial of Long-Term Disability Benefits for Heart Attack Victim

The court agreed with the district court that the claimant's heart attack did not render him "disabled" and unable to perform the "material duties" of his "regular occupation," as those terms were defined in the policy.
