Court: WD Tx  04/25/2019  Magistrage Judge Allows Insured Leave to Amend His Complaint, but Denies Untimely Motion to Remand

The court determined that the insured did not move to remand within thirty days of removal, so the insured waived any non-jusrisdictional grounds for removal, and the only alleged basis for remand non-jurisdictional.
