The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals reversed in part summary judgment granted to homeowners insurer, finding fact issues existed whether replacement of roof tiles fell within the policy's Building Ordinance and Law coverage provision, and that an insurer could be liable for TPPCA interest where it admitted coverage and later increases its payment following appraisal.
