A court of the Northern District of Texas denied the insureds' motion to remand, finding the insureds had improperly joined the adjuster of their hail damage claim where there was no reasonable basis to predict that the insureds could recover for any of its claims asserted against the adjuster, and, as a result, complete diversity existed, establishing the court's subject matter jurisdiction.
