Court: Tx 8-El Paso  01/11/2019  Appellate Court Addresses Workers' Compensation Offset and Reimbursement Issues in Catastrophic Injury Case

Court finds that insurer was not entitled to reimbursement from a jury award for prior benefits paid, and the insurer could apply a credit as an advance against future benefits owed but was to resume payment after that credit was exhausted.
