A court of the Southern District of Texas resolved competing motions for judgment in favor of an insurer under an ERISA benefits plan, holding that the plan administrator did not arbitrarily or capriciously deny the beneficiary's claim for benefits under a business travel accident policy where the deceased insured did not die while on a business trip as defined in the policy.
