A court of the Northern District of Texas denied an insured's motion to remand by finding pleadings against non-diverse adjuster defendants were insufficient, but granted insurer's motion to enforce settlement where e-mails exchanged between parties' attorneys showed a binding settlement agreement as to all material terms was reached under Rule 11.
