The court held that the trial court abused its discretion when it ordered an auto insurer, which covered both parties in a lawsuit arising out of a car accident, to produce a witness to testify on the plaintiff's underinsured motorist coverage but found that the plaintiff could obtain discovery on the defendant's liability coverage.
