Court: 5th Cir  06/09/2022  Fifth Circuit Again Holds No Physical Loss or Damage to Property in COVID-19 Dispute

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals affirmed dismissal by magistrate holding that losses incurred by insured under commercial property policy as a result of COVID-19 shutdowns did not qualify as Covered Cause of Loss because there was no underlying physical loss or damage to insured property.
