Court: WD Tx  08/13/2020  District Court Dismisses Business Interruption Insurance Claims Allegedly Caused by Coronavirus-Related Closures

The court found that the insureds failed to plead any tangible injury to their commercial properties and, even if they had, such damage would not be covered because of application of the unambiguous virus exclusion in their policies.
