The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held that property damage resulting from rain storm where water accumulating on roof failed to drain because of clogged drains and which eventually entered and damaged property was excluded from coverage by rain damage exclusion despite policy's drain back-up coverage because such coverage did not fall within enumerated exceptions to rain exclusion.
