ACE American Insurance Co. v. Elmer
The court affirmed a judgment for an injured worker finding that his work injury extended to depression, anxiety, and chronic pain syndrome and awarding attorneys' fees even though the worker did not designate an expert to rebut the workers' comp insurer's medical expert and did not designate an expert on attorneys' fees.
