A magistrate of the Northern District of Texas granted in part an insured's motion to amend the court's judgment of damages and attorneys' fees finding that the Court inadvertently miscalculated certain billable rates but denied the motion to the extent the insured sought to amend the judgment to award both breach of contract and statutory damages, holding there was no evidence of any damages beyond the unpaid covered loss.
