Court: WD Tx  05/24/2021  District Court Denies Motion to Remand in Uninsured Motorist Dispute

The court found that, beside the fact that the motion to remand was not timely filed, it also lacked merit because the insurer's removal of the case was timely and the amount in controversy clearly exceeded $75,000.
