Court: SD Tx  08/26/2020  District Court Agrees that Potential Additional Insured's Contract Construction Claim is Ripe for Adjudication

The court agreed with the magistrate judge that the potential insured's claim was not a claim pertaining to the duty to indemnify but instead was one as to contract construction that could be adjudicated without a final liability judgment.
