Court: Tx 11-Eastland  09/30/2020  Insurer Prevails in Stowers Action based on Intentional Injury Exclusion

The court affirmed the judgment for the insurer in a Stowers action, finding that the insurer was not collaterally estopped from contending that the insured intentionally injured the underlying claimant even though the jury in the underlying lawsuit had found that the insured had acted negligently.
