Ticer v. Imperium Insurance Co.
The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals held that the district court properly conducted a "summary inquiry" into insured law office's claims against insurer in determining that there was no possibly of coverage for excluded claims, therefore insurer was improperly joined and insured's motion to remand should be denied.
