A court of the Northern District of Texas dismissed an action against a Colorado broker for lack of personal jurisdiction, finding that all contacts relating to the procurement of the policy occurred in Colorado and that phone calls between the insured and the broker from Texas occurred solely because of the insured's unilateral act of moving to Texas such that there was no evidence that the broker had purposefully availed itself of conducting activities in Texas.
