Court: ND Tx  05/04/2020  Court Dismisses Coverage Action Against Underlying Claimants as Moot After Insureds Dismissed

After commercial liability insurer that brought declaratory judgment action against its insureds and bodily injury claimants dismissed its claims against its insureds, a court of the Northern District of Texas dismissed without prejudice the insurer's remaining claims against the underlying claimants as moot because such claims no longer presented a justiciable claim or controversy.
