A court of the Northern District of Texas granted in part an insurer's motion to exclude a claims handling expert, excluding any legal opinions regarding coverage and policy interpretation where the expert's proponent stipulated such opinions are not admissible, but the court declined to exclude the expert's opinions on claims handling under the Texas Insurance Code, holding that the expert is qualified to opine on claims handling of builder's risk claims.
