Court: ND Tx  11/10/2021  Court Denies Insurer's Motion for Summary Judgment But Grants In Part Insurer's Motion to Exclude Expert Testimony

A court of the Northern District of Texas denied insurer's motion for summary judgment on breach of contract and insurance code claims after finding a fact issue regarding the duration of coverage, but granted in part insurer's motion to exclude expert testimony, ordering that expert may not present evidence of replacement cost after issuance of an appraisal award.
