The Court found that the trial court's dismissal of the insurer from an interpleader action after the insurer tendered its limits to the court's registry was an interlocutory order and therefore, the appellate court did not have jurisdiction to hear an objection from one of the stakeholders to the trial court's decision to allow the impleading of the policy limits.
