Court: Tx 11-Eastland  10/01/2020  Workers' Compensation Insurer Prevails in Dispute over Compensable Injury

The court affirmed a summary judgment for a workers' compensation insurer, finding that the decedent did not sustain a compensable injury when he fell from a sixth-floor window while on a business trip because he was intoxicated at the time of the fall.
