A court of the Western District of Texas denied additional insured's motion to remand, and granted insurance agents' motion to dismiss, finding agents were improperly joined where additional insured under commercial property policy failed to state a claim against agents in connection with failure to inform insured of cancellation of policy prior to fire loss.
