Court: Tx 14-Houston  10/29/2020  Court Finds Indemnity Clause Enforceable in Part and Void in Part

The court found that the indemnitor had no duty to indemnify the indemnitee for products claims because the indemnity clause did not include a reference to strict liability or products claims, but that did not void the clause's enforceability with respect to the negligence claims asserted against the indemnitee.
