A magistrate of the Western District of Texas recommend granting insured dentist office's motion to remand dispute over business income loss as result of COVID-19 shelter-in-place-orders, finding insured's Texas Insurance Code Section 541 claim against adjuster of the loss was plausible on theory of conducting a result-oriented investigation.
