Court: SD Tx  06/28/2020  District Court Denies Summary Judgment for Insurer in Regard to Defense Obligations Owed to a Funeral Home

The court found that the insured's "snafu" in the cremation of a body when none was requested and the giving of remains to a family that were not their loved one's remains did not clearly fall within the scope of a "professional services" exclusion and, therefore, summary judgment on the duty to defend was not warranted.
