Court: Tx 14-Houston  11/22/2022  Appellate Court Holds Excess Carrier With No Duty to Defend Owes Reimbursement for Defense Costs

Though excess policy provided excess carrier owed no duty to defend, a Texas appellate court affirmed the trial court's summary judgment that excess insurer owed insured reimbursement of defense costs where primary policy covered defense costs and excess policy "followed form."
