The Court found that a provision in the underlying procurement contract requiring a service provider to include Exxon Mobil Corporation as an additional insured on the provider's Commercial General Liability insurance policies meant that the provider was only required to provide primary coverage and therefore, its umbrella policies did not provide coverage for the underlying claim.
