Court: Tx 1-Houston  04/15/2021  Court Affirms Dismissal of Claims by Insured Against Auto Insurer and Its Top Executives for Increasing His Premium

The Court held that the district court had properly dismissed an insured's claims that his insurer and its top executives had overpaid for repairs to his car following an accident and had improperly settled with the other driver as part of a conspiracy to raise his premiums.
