After initiation of arbitration by insurer pursuant to an arbitration agreement in architect's liability policy to resolve a dispute concerning the duty to defend architect from claims arising from a gymnasium project, architect filed a related action in federal district court, where the court granted the insurer's motion to stay the federal court proceedings, finding arbitration clause enforceable and the suit subject to stay under the Federal Arbitration Act.
