The Court concluded that the insurer had properly applied the a limitation of liability for water damage to the claim even if the water damage resulted from freezing of pipes due to a winter storm rather than from a defect originating in the plumbing system because the insured's interpretation would require the court to read an exception into the limitation endorsement that did not exist in the policy language.
