The Court said that the Lloyd's syndicates had failed to meet their burden of proof for mandamus of establishing that the trial court had abused its discretion and the syndicates had no adequate remedy at law even if the trial court had ordered the syndicates to produce allegedly privileged documents without first holding an in camera inspection and then held the syndicates in criminal contempt without due process of law.
