The district court rejected the insurer's contention that attachment of the binding stipulation as an exhibit to the insured's original petition rendered it invalid and rejected, as a basis for removal on diversity jurisdictional grounds, the insurer's argument that the petition itself did not clearly state the amount in controversy.
