A magistrate of the Western District of Texas recommended the district court deny remand in an action removed by insurer, holding that although plaintiff's claims against insurer defendant did not raise questions of federal law, the court had supplemental jurisdiction over such claims where plaintiff alleged claims within the court's original jurisdiction against other defendants .
