Flander v. State Farm Mutual Automobile Insurance Co.

Court: Tx 14-Houston  02/04/2020  Court of Appeals Affirms Summary Judgment on Res Judicata Grounds

The court found that the insurer established that it had prevailed in an earlier subrogation action that the tortfeasor at issue was liable for the damages to its insured's vehicle and, therefore, res judicata applied.
