First Baptist Church of Watauga Texas v. Church Mutual Insurance Co.
A court of the Northern District of Texas denied an insurer's motion for partial summary judgment in a hail damage dispute, holding that an insured does not need to allocate between two covered perils as it would between covered and non-covered causes of loss and that a bona fide coverage dispute does not exist where the insurer sought relevant information to support its claim denial four months after denying the claim.
