Court: 5th Cir  11/19/2018  Appellate Court Reverses District Court Decision and Renders Judgment in Favor of Insurer in Dispute on Number of Accidents

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals determined that, under the "cause" test, a collision involving a Mack truck, two vehicles and a toll plaza was a single accident for purposes of determining the limits of insurance available for settlement.
