A court of the Northern District of Texas enforced an arbitration agreement within a contract to install HVAC units to a commercial building and stayed the plaintiff-insured's action against a separate insurer defendant, finding that although the plaintiff's allegations against the insurer arise from a different contract and may seek different relief altogether, the Federal Arbitration Act mandates a full stay of the entire proceeding.
