Court: Tx 3-Austin  03/12/2020  Court of Appeals Affirms Objections to Summary Judgment Evidence in Worker's Compensation Dispute

The court found that the pro se insured worker did not timely object to the insurer's objections to her summary judgment evidence based on lack of authentication and failure to meet the producing cause standard. Without such evidence, the insured could not overcome the insurer's no-evidence motion for summary judgment.
