Court: SD Tx  03/25/2019  District Court Strikes Plaintiffs' Experts and Grants Summary Judgment for Insurer on Extra-Contractual Claims in Homeowner's Insurance Dispute

The court found that the insureds' expert designations did not comply with the Federal Rules, and the insureds' failure to respond to the motion for summary judgment filed by the insurer left the court with insufficient evidence to find anything other than a reasonable basis for the insurer's denial.
