Court: SD Tx  12/23/2020  Court Finds that Insurer Owed Duty to Defend Insured in Funeral Litigation

The Court determined that the insurer had a duty to defend its insured in an underlying state court case involving transportation of decedent's corpse because the claims invoked the funeral director's professional services coverage, which extended to claims of mental anguish.
